Missing fees on sale of stocks : Fidelity Investments

There is an issue with sale of stocks downloaded from Fidelity Investments. In some cases the FEE is missing resulting in an incorrect sale price. I have noticed that this typically occurs when the fee is < $0.05. This happened this morning, the missing fee was .02. There were other transactions where a fee of .07 was present. Seems really odd.
