    I am also having this problem connecting to my accounts with BECU. This is incredibly frustrating as it seems like every few months one of my banks is having this issue. The error I keep getting when trying to enter my credentials is OFX Error 16503. I have reported the issue twice now but haven't heard anything back from Quicken.

    there is another thread about this. it seems the problem is on the BECU side.
