Change Loan Payee

My mortgage loan has been sold to a new processor and I need to change the payee and address for processing. When I changed it in the register, I got a new Payee name with the old address. When I added the address to the Address Book, I now have duplicate payees and the one with the wrong address is still in my register.

I deleted both from my bill payment and now have nothing linked to the mortgage

I cannot see the address in my register so I have no idea when I add the next payment where the check will print to.

How do I fix this?

  1. Get rid of the payee with wrong address
  2. Link the correct payee and address to the mortgage loan so payments are picked up
  3. Set up as automatic bill payment again (with correct payee and address info)
