Online bill not updating amount due but the latest bill has downloaded


My bills & income tab is showing "awaiting next bill" for this biller. But I viewed the latest bill shown and it is the current bill that is coming due on 8/8.

I also have a linked reminder to remind me 30 days in advance.

Why isn't Quicken showing the amount due and displaying the reminder?
