Matured CD not removed from Portfolio

A CD matured and the transaction was downloaded. In the past (many many years) the asset was also removed from the portfolio. This time it was not.

At the beginning of July I had the same type of transaction and it recorded properly. I have installed all updates as they become available. I am not sure when the last one was pushed out, but I think this month.

I tried to "remove share" and that did nothing. How do I get rid of this asset?
