CC-800 Fix It Elan Financial

OSU after a either a reset or a deactivate/activate gets me a CC - 800 Fix It. I click Fix It and go thru the steps and still Get the same CC-800 error. Tried the sign out of Quicken via Preference/Quicken ID & Cloud. Left it signed out overnight. I have even tried doing restore of a backup from well before the problem started. Always the same result. Any suggestions?

    Have you tried calling Elan? This way I found out that if you make one key-stroke error on sign in you and kicked out and you must reset your password. This was over 2 years ago, so there may be some errors or improvements. However, I have quit using Elan although my bank stills uses them.
