The repeating on line transaction tab is gone from the scheduled payments. Manage online bills only has two tabs and and the scheduled bill pays have disappeared.
If your bank (the one that runs your checking account) recently required you to reauthorize your checking account or your bank has changed from "Direct Connect" to either "Express Web Connect" or "Express Web Connect+" you can no longer use Online Bill Pay direct to the bank or Quicken Bill Manager's Quick Pay function. The bank no longer supports this function through Quicken.
IMHO, you have these alternatives (in no particular order of preference):
I've been using method #3 for decades, since before the Internet and bank download capabilities were even introduced. It's easy to get used to this process. And I have yet to miss a single payment.
@jimkaloyanides1 - This can also happen if the Bill Pay option is turned off in Account Details.
If this is the case, then click on "Check for Bank Bill Pay" to turn it back on. Then close and reopen Quicken to get the tabs back.
If you do not see the "Check for Bank Bill Pay" then either your bank no longer supports "Direct Connection (DC)" for downloading information, or your bank still supports DC, but somehow your connection method changed to "Express Web Connect (EWC) or "Express Web Connect +" (EWC+) or Web Connect (WC).
