Bug: Memo disappears when tabbing through downloaded transactions

I have this recurring behavior…whenever I have transactions to be accepted, I usually enter a memo about them, tab to the category field, and then save them. Lately, after I enter something in the memo field, and then tab, the memo disappears. This happens reproducibly.

It sure seems to me to be a bug. I hope Quicken is listening.
