Capital One CC freezes
When I try to link my Capital One cards, after I click Setup Now Quicken Freezes. I'm forced to go into Task Manager and end task

Have you tried using the Add Account process instead? Click the "+" icon in the Account Sidebar title.
Be sure to carefully and correctly Link your existing credit card register(s) to the matching account found at the bank.0 -

I did upgrade earlier that day. I'm on version 27.1.51.10. My US Bank account was corrupted, so a copy was made. This forced me to reactivate downloads. Have 2 retail Capital One Cards and both will not pull up the window to start the process. There is no error codes or messages the screen dims and nothing happens. When I go into task manager Quicken is almost at zero in processing speed.
