c-800 issue at Chase Bank

My wife and I both have accounts at Chase Bank. I am primary on one that includes our checking, savings, and a credit card. She is secondary on the account. My wife signed up for another credit card (Southwest) with her as the primary and me as the secondary. When I include the Southwest account into the one-step update, I get the C-800 issue. When it is not included I do not. This used to work fine but now this error occurs.
Is there a way to fix this?

Fixed. Inactivated the old Southwest Account in Quicken. Created a new Southwest Account and linked it to Chase. It worked.
