Checking acct doesn't show online balance

Using Win 10, Firefox as browser. Hershey FCU is bank. Savings acct and credit card show online balance but checking acct does not show online balance. Tried everything I can think of including changing browser to Chrome

    This maybe a dumb question, but is the checking account setup for downloads? No download setup, no online balance.

    OR is this not about Quicken desktop?

    Hi @Rob

    At the bottom of the register for this one account, do you see "Online Balance:" ? If not, the account is likely not "connected" for downloading.

    Otherwise, if the online balance had been working but now is not, I suggest that you consider "resetting" the account. To do that:

    1. Open the account register;
    2. In the upper right hand corner - click on the "Gear" icon;
    3. Select "Edit account details";
    4. Click on the "Online Services" tab at the top;
    5. Click the "Reset Account" button > enter your pass word if requested > then click "OK"
