401(k) ADP fund account LMOIX not importing

I am not understanding why this one account does not want to import in from ADP Retirement? I have the account connected so that it syncs and for two days, this one account doesn't sync. LMOIX

All my other funds sync with no issue.

    I was able to create another account, but didn't connect it to the 401(k) provider and entered the transactions manually. Quicken was able to add the funds with no issue.

    Moving forward, this would mean I would have to enter every transaction individually and I still would have the sync issue with ADP Retirement.

    Any suggestions on fixing the synced (one fund not synced) account?

    Again, this is on the Mac.
