Some of my bank accounts not showing up on Quicken.

I am trying to connect my Capital One accounts to quicken. When I add the accounts, it goes thru the process and it says these accounts are already being shared. However, the accounts do not show anywhere on Quicken. It does show my Bank of America accounts.
