USAA one step update error OL-301-A
when i try a one step update for USAA i get error message OL-301-A. Quicken over the phone was no help they sent me here. I find no one else with this exact error message. This has been stuck for weeks. I have reauthorized USAA successfully over and over but one step update will not work. I have been using Quicken for over 20 years. They have never been as UNHELPFUL as they are now and I pay for a subscription!

Could you please provide us with the ticket number that was given to you during your Support interaction?
The OL-301 error occurs when there is an issue connecting to the financial institution while using Direct Connect. The situation may ultimately require the financial institution to implement a solution.
You may follow this link to access a FAQ that provides more information as well as some troubleshooting steps. It is recommended to save a backup before proceeding (just in case).
