Downloaded transactions not showing in Register (edit)

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
Quicken (Windows) doesn't show any transactions in my register when I click "compare to list". This is happening with Fidelity account and Chase credit card. It shows that transactions were downloaded but can't get them in the registers. This started today.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue. I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. If you haven't done so already, I recommend you follow the steps in this article on what to do when Quicken says there are new transactions, but none are visible in your register.
