One Step Update

One step update hasn't downloaded any transactions since July 26, 2023. I attempt every day. Acts like it is working and then zero transactions download.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue. I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. Which financial institutions are not downloading? Is this affecting all of your accounts, or just some? Does the One Step Update show all the financial institutions, along with a 0 new transactions message, or does it show something different?
