New Feature: Add New Column to Memorized Payee List Table: Account Name

The reason for this suggestion is to provide a way to use a different category name for the same payee name depending on which account is the target of downloaded transactions.
Suggestion:
Add a new column called 'Account' to the Memorized Payee List.
In effect, link a Payee to a Category AND specific Account.
But if no account name exists in the Memorized Payee List for that payee/category combination then use that payee and category for ALL accounts just like Quicken already does.
For example, three rows in the Memorized Payee List:
Row 1:
Payee Name: Publix Category: DadsGroceries Account: DadsChecking
Result: The Category becomes DadsGroceries in the register when Publix transactions are downloaded into DadsChecking.
Row 2:
Payee Name: Publix Category: SonsGroceries Account: SonsChecking
Result: The Category becomes SonsGroceries in the register when Publix transactions are downloaded into SonsChecking.
Row 3:
Payee Name: Publix Category: Groceries Account: (blank)
Result: In this example, the Category becomes Groceries for Publix transactions for ALL accounts except for DadsChecking and SonsChecking.
