"Available when online" message after R51.12 update
I updated Quicken to R51.12. When I try to open a Quicken file, I get "Error 0x80070194- The cloud file provider exited unexpectedly"; "Availability status: Available when online". To start I double click the Quicken shortcut, Quicken opens and the only available items are File and Help in the upper left-hand corner, the screen is blank. There isn't anywhere to sign in.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue. I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. Based on the error code and error message you provided, it sounds like a Microsoft OneDrive sync error. Do you have your Quicken file synced to OneDrive(if it is, you will usually see the service name listed in the file location)?
The simplest way to check your file location, if you have Quicken up and the file open, is to click on File, then look near the bottom of the list, just above where it says Exit. It will list the file locations for the 4 Quicken files you have most recently accessed, with the one you are currently in at the #1 spot.
