Understanding eBills...

If I'm understanding the description correctly Quicken connects to available ebillers to get balance information. Should it:

• update due dates you've entered when adding the eBill?
• update the amount to be paid? All eBillers seem to be connecting without fail. For my credit cards the amount due is updated to the total amount owed on the card (which is what it's supposed to do). But other eBills are always set to the amount entered when setting the eBill up. Example: electric bill, the pdf for LADWP has been downloaded but the amount owed never changes. Another example: TV bill, it went up by $5 but the amount due does not reflect the change.
