Payments are not showing up; is there a fix?

Got a loan I've been paying on for a month, but am not seeing those payments where they usually are. Any assist would be appreciated.

    If this loan register was activated for downloading transactions from the mortgage holder, then

    • deactivate the account
    • change the scheduled reminder (or let the Loan Setup process create or edit one) for making the monthly payments so that the Split transaction detail transfers the amount of Principal paid from your checking account to the [loan account name].
    • restart Quicken after making these changes and you should have your loan transaction register back.
