Quicken no longer connects to my.voya account

Quicken used to connect to my.voya account but quit working June 2023. My account was connected to quicken for years, however in June of this year I experienced a hard drive crash. I've since rebuilt my quicken file but unable to connect to voya. I have contacted Quicken support and they escalated the issue back in June 2023. Apparently, there is no fix for this issue.

If you were to try to connect your account today, what kind of error messages or error codes do you receive?

There is no error code. All I get is a message - "Did you mistype your sign-in info? Please re-enter your credentials for Voya Financial."

I figured it out! When adding an account, I used to select my.voya; the user name was username@voya, then password was the same as the web account login.
However, after talking to Voya, I discovered that I had to
- change my Voya connection from my.voya to Voya institutional
- and change the username@voya to username@ECAP.
I wish Voya would send out messages when they will make a change like this.
