How to fix recurrent download errors

Hi, 30 year quicken user here. For the last few months I've had download errors repeatedly with the one step download. After hours w/ the Quicken rep he suggested that I start over again due to corrupted files (30 year old file), which I did and re-loaded all accounts and passwords. Then, I took it off my 2nd computer- which he suggested was a problem due to cloud storage.

Currently Quicken doesn't recognize or has problems with Ally, Wells Fargo, Citi accounts etc. Sometimes, it does not download transactions that I can see e.g on the Fidelity website. I have re-set accounts multiple times.

I would appreciate all suggestions re: fixing it on Quicken's end. I do not believe it is the financial institutions problems.

Thank you in advance for any help you can give. I have put many hours into this problem and it keeps recurring.

Will the new transaction download if you try OSU again the next day? It should …
