This was an issue for Chase and other banks. It was resolved weeks ago. But it still continues with US Bank. I was notified that Quicken was aware of it and was working on it, but the discussion was closed and marked as resolved.
When performing auto reconcile, on checking register, balance that shows includes pending transactions on web site. But no transactions are downloaded because they are pending. So the only resolution is to cancel reconciliation and wait until fixed. (Or if you have several days of no transactions, you can reconcile during that "Down" period).
