Unable to download credit card transaction from Vermont Federal CU

Version 7.2.1 (Build 702.49920.100) on macOS 13.4.1 though the problem was also present in prior versions of Quicken and macos

I can no longer download credit card transactions from Vermont Federal Credit Union. This stopped working when VFCU changed credit card providers in March 2023. I believe the vendor is now PSCU in one of its many disguises in the cloud. There are no error messages.

From the VFCU website I select my credit card account and am redirected to this website https://dxonline-apps-s2-cloud.pscu.com/wps/dxonline/#/account-summary I have no credentials at PSCU.

    Contact 2nd tier support at your Credit Union. They ought to be able to tell you

    1. if their new credit card service provider supports transaction download from Quicken, Intuit and other third party data aggregators. And if so, …
    2. what the exact procedure is to connect your CU credit card to Quicken: Financial Institution Name, logon ID, password, optional 2FA setup and how to perform the actual download (from within Quicken or by downloading a QFX file from a website)
