Download from Vanguard brokerage shows security as unidentified security

For the past year, some, but not all stock securities that I have purchased through Vanguard brokerage have downloaded as an unidentified security. This has happened again with a security I purchased two days ago. These securities are missing the cusip ID. When you go into the security list you can edit the security but Quicken will not allow you to enter the cusip manually. I have spoken with Quicken support (spent way too much time with them) but they had no solution. I do have Vanguard looking into it but I am not optimistic. Does anyone have a solution to fix this issue? I am using Quicken for Windows and I am using the most recent version of Quicken R51.12 HF1 Aug. 2023.
