Memo field getting erased during downloaded transaction acceptance

When I download my credit card transactions, I click on a transaction in the list, then type a description in the memo field, then type in my category, then I save and accept the transaction.

I've been experiencing a problem for many months now wherein the memo gets erased after I enter it and move to the category field. Even after I re-enter the memo, it sometimes gets erased again!

I've gotten several Quicken updates on my computer since I started experiencing this many months ago, but it's never been fixed. I can't believe I'm the only one having this issue, but I figured it's high time for me to stop waiting for someone else to report it.

Please fix this!
