I keep getting this message today when I try to update a Verizon biller.

    What specific information are you asked to enter? For example, a date, which the process expects you to enter in a very specific manner like mm/dd/yyyy?

    Please provide a more complete (but redacted) view of the window you are having problems with.

    Does the Password field require a specific syntax, e.g., minimum/maximum length, mix of upper-, lower-case characters and special symbols? Does your password meet those requirements?

    this has worked for ever until this morning.just a user id and password . Like I said I can go to the bills tab and log into the web sitte no problem. The fact that it is looking for a correct syntax means Q is the issue.
