Transactions won't download into register
Windows quicken. I have had this problem for months, I need to get it fixed. It use to be that when I synced transactions from banks, it downloaded all transactions for each account and I could reconcile. Now it says they are downloaded, and I can find them in
downloads, but they don't show at the bottom of the register. HELP? I have tried everything I can.

How are you downloading them?
Windows 11 (2 separate computers)..... Quicken Premier.. HAVE USED QUICKEN CONTINUOUSLY SINCE 1985.

I go to the website. download from there. It does go to the download but can't get it to go to the register. I've used quicken for over 20 years. This started about a year ago. I use to be able to click downloads at the bottom of the register and it would download. That button has disappeared. I even purchased a new version. Same

I suggest you contact Quicken support and let them view your screen while this occurs.
Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, now using QWin Biz & Personal Subscription (US) on Win10 Pro.

What is the file extension you are getting from the financial institution's web site?
