This started working again a bit over a week ago. If you're still having problems I'd deactivate downloads, make sure the "account number" format is exactly correct, and try activating again.

QFX downloads disappeared last year, probably due to licensing fees with Quicken. OFX is working again as of a bit over a week ago.

Thanks Drinkingbird (@quickenanja any comment?)…I tried that, and have done so so often I now have ######X######X#### memorized (but have double checked). Nothing comes through and then on update "You Financial Institution does not recognize the account Prudential XXX 457b…OL-304-A…Account not found".
I have also tried adding as new account with no success.
At some point I have given up, but not that satisfied with no resolution.

Nope, my OFX downloads are still failing just like @lladna with the same account not found error every time now. It's the same for linking a new account or trying to download using an old backup copy. A contact at work told me Empower is migrating plans off the Prudential system but no idea if the plans with working downloads were on the new system or the old system.
