    I can successfully log in to synchrony.com and see details/charges of my new Sam's club card. So that means I know the ID and pswd.

    When trying to add to Quicken, Quicken reports that Synchrony says ID or pswd don't match.

    What's wrong?

    i've got the same problem. And, if I try to re-add my account the website used is samsclub.syf.com. From this location Quicken can see four other credit card accounts, but it can't see my Sam's Club Mastercard. Come on Synchrony/Quicken get this fixed.

    If you use "Sam's Club Personal Credit Accou" for the FI name I think you can successfully connect with Sam's Club. Before you reactivate, please blank out the FI Name and Account Number. When you reactivate search for "Sam's Club Personal Credit Accou", and then go throught the activation process.
