Quicken Problems

I am thinking of not renewing my quicken subscription due to so many problems with this program:

  1. Matching transactions to downloaded transaction works only 10 percent of the time
  2. One step update doesn't work very well with Bank of America, transactions are missed.
  3. My home depot account when it updates, wipes out all the deposits so I end up with a real high balance. This is a citibank card.

I have called quicken support and they blame the banks.
