Portfolio Value Report: Allow selection of Linked Cash Accounts

I have an investment account that is linked to a cash account. The cash account does double duty as a cash account and (less often) as an investment account. I have categorized it as a cash account.

Recently a bond came due in my investment account and the money was transferred to my linked cash account. My portfolio shows a sudden drop by the value of the bond, but I consider that cash to be part of my portfolio, too.

Please widen the set of accounts that can be selected in the portfolio report to include, as an option, cash accounts that are linked to investment accounts.
