Banking transactions downloads

I've had Quicken for over 20 years but not too long ago let my subscription lapse because Quicken would no longer download my banking transactions without grave errors. A few times I had to spend hours on the phone with Q support to do what I had done numerous times myself - namely changing entries manually. Some entries that were actually deposits ended up in the payments columns, and vice versa. Of course I had to search for the messed up entries before I could correct them. Hours long process!!! Does anyone know if Q has finally corrected the problem? I do not want to renew my subscription until I can be assured I won't have the same problems again. Jack
