Citizens bank stopped syncing until I removed and readded online banking in quicken

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭✭
I was not getting synced transactions since 2022 and I had read this ariticle that said they stopped supporting direct connect. Also when I downloded OFX files from citizens bank they were not working the last week. I called citizens and they said they were aware of the issue with OFX and didnt really know anything much about quicken direct connect. I tried disabling and re-enabling and then it started to sync today
Anyone else notice this. Is it fully fixed? Do the fully support quicken again?
