Balance sheet incorrect

Using windows (Quicken for Home and Business), issue started first part of July (2023) Noticed when I was generating reports for my accountant. The balance sheet for July numbers were way off. If I generate the report for YTD and show month by month the numbers appear correct. If I try the magnifying glass to find out where the numbers are coming from, it does not work. This is only happening on the balance sheet.
