Vanguard accounts: two out of three download transactions, but one does not.

On MAC with subscription. Two out of three accounts download OK, but one does not. Only difference that I can see is that in settings, the customer ID is "unavailable" in the account that doesn't download. The last transaction posted in that account is dated 10/12/22.

    Deactivated and reactivated the one problem account and that worked.
