Online Biller Requiring Authorization Code

I haven't posted here in a while not least of all because it saves UKR from cutting and pasting his tilting at windmills reply yet one more time :)
Has anyone had success adding an online biller that requires an authorization code such as AT&T Mobility or American Express CC?
It fails for me in two ways:
- There is no place to enter the code that has been sent to my cell phone while authorizing in Quicken. "Sometimes" I can do a Refresh Bill with AT&T and get the field to appear. Not consistent. And…
- Adding these causes ALL EWC billers I have working to show as no longer valid. Examples:
So, has anyone been able to do this? How???
Thanks.
Public Service Reminder: MOST EWC Online Billers grab the amount due .01 cent short!! If this is also your minimum amount due, you MAY be penalized!! Careful.
