One Loan account shows up as a credit card account when selecting categories to budget.

I have one loan account that shows up as a credit card account when selecting categories to budget. I can't see anywhere that the account type is specified. I've got several credit cards; all have an Account type of Credit in Account Details.

This Account type is shown as a loan in Account Details:

How do I fix this?

I'm using Windows 10, Quicken Premier, Version R51.12.

Greensky Credit IS a credit card. You can't pretend otherwise.

No, it's a loan. I don't have a card, the website calls it a loan, and it has a payoff amount and due date on the website.

But if so, why do all my other credit cards not show up in that window, even though their Account Type in Quicken is Credit?

They're a credit card company. Do what you're told

Those two category groups, Credit Cards and Loans, as shown in your list below, do not show up in my list.

I can only assume that programmers made changes which are more recent than my old accounts which have been in existence for many years.
Depending on how old your accounts are, they also may not show in these new category groups, but they should be in Transfers In and Transfers Out.

Only the programmers could tell us what they were doing and why, for example, Greensky Credit shows as Credit Card when it's been created as a Loan.
Perhaps a call to Quicken Support might be in order …
