Rental Property Tab

I've just now discovered this tab, now that many transactions, for multiple properties, have accumulated in the accounts section. (I have been tagging those transactions.) I'm wondering:

  1. is there an easy way to move or hook the property and debt accounts, and the many tagged transactions relating to them, over to the rental property tab?
  2. If not, what would the benefits be of re-entering everything? Why is this tab particularly helpful? Or is it extraneous?
