Can no longer download data from Voya Institutional Plan Services

After accessible for years, I can no longer access data from my Voya Institutional Plan Services account. I am using the correct format (username@[plan name] and I am using my correct password. I've tried changing everything, and even setting up a new account, all to no avail. I reached out to Voya Institutional Plan Services and they report that there are no issues on their end, and pointed the finger at Quicken. Again this has worked fine for many years, and all of a sudden stopped on/around July 3, 2023. The error basically states that my login credentials are incorrect — they aren't!
