Citibank update issues

I am using windows 7. Was doing ok downloading citibank transactions until I changed my passwords for a separate issue. When I typed in new password for citibank I noticed a detail stating it was NOT necessary since I use web express. Not even sure what this means. Now citibank seems to be unable to update. Has anyone experienced this?

    There are three connection types generally available:

    1. Express Web Connect
    2. Express Web Connect+
    3. Direct Connect
    4. Web Connect

    With Web Connect you log onto the financial institution's web site and grab a file to download. With the other connection types you initiate a download right inside of Quicken. With Direct Connect you (Quicken) sends the financial institution your user name and password, (encrypted, of course). You can put the user name and password in the Quicken vault, or type them in each time.

    With either of the two Express Web methods you no longer to type anything in as the aggregator (Intuit) has that information and logs in for you. I expect that is the reason for the message.

    Check to see what method CitiBank is currently using in the Online Service tab of the Account Details. It sounds to me like that got changed, somehow. Direct Connect is still available so you can switch back.
