Quicken Cash Manager 2016 - Canadian - How to redownload and reinstall?

I have been running this on my old laptop since 2018 and it does everything I need, without having to pay the monthly/yearly fee. I just bought a new laptop and cannot find the installation file I had originally downloaded. Can I still download it from Quicken online?
