When configuration of a report is in progress using the settings window interface (the gear icon from the report display) … the Accounts, Categories, Payees, and Select Tags sub-windows include a scroll-bar.
However, if the column width is changed (to make it wider) the scroll bar disappears.
Please consider altering the interface of the sub-windows to that either they can be made wider by another means, or so that when one of their columns is made wider the scroll bar remains fixed in position and doesn't disappear.
Another means, for example, would be to allow expanding the size of the overall Customize Report window so that all the sub-windows expand with it.
