Show overage amount on budget graph bars

The budgeting functionality is good but missing one thing: The bars are rendered much less useful because when a category is over budget, it just turns red, so at a glance, there is no way to see how far it is over other than by reviewing the numbers one by one for all that are over. The bar should continue past the budgeted amount to show how much is it over at a glance.
