CC-503 Error with Discover Card and Navy Federal Credit Union.

I'm getting CC-503 Errors with Discover Card and Navy FCU. Yes I can log in to both webpages with my correct username and ID.

I've deactivated both accounts and then attempt to register in quicken. I get CC-503 errors for both accounts. Yes I have verified the correct username and passwords at both web pages.

    Discover Card support told me today they stopped supporting Quicken last year.

There was a connection issue with Navy Federal Credit Union, but it was recently marked as resolved. If you have done all the troubleshooting steps listed in this article on error code CC-503 and it did not correct the issue, then I recommend you reach out to Quicken Support directly for further assistance as they can walk you through troubleshooting steps in real-time and escalate the situation as needed.  The Quicken Support phone number can be found through this link here.
