2FA validation method is being pulled from the wrong account

I have several accounts using 2FA, one through Consumers Credit Union and one through Navia Net Benefits. When I run the 1 step update process, my Consumers account prompts me for 2FA, but the prompt is using my Navia account.
I even went as far as disconnecting my Navia account entirely, but I cannot get 2FA for Consumers to properly use the consumers options in the one click update workflow. The only way I've been able to the Consumers 2FA workflow to work properly is by going into Account Details → Online Service → Reset Account.
Would someone please advise me how I can correct this issue?

Quick Update: All of my accounts will only use my Navia Net Benefits 2FA method when using one step update. I tried updating a third account (Nelnet Student Loan) with one step update and it also incorrectly used the Navia 2FA method.
