Capital One Connection problems ALSO

I had a Quicken rep help me add a new account to my file the other day. It disconnected all established links I had working fine. I have added them all back in, but Capital One is a problem. As I look many people have the same issue.

I try to set-up online transactions and as soon as I click on set-up, the screen goes transparent gray and hangs the program. It sounds like by other post , that a web browser page should be trying to open. I have disabled all pop-up blockers. I have shut off all McAfee protections. I have switched "Default" Browser and still the same result.

What should I do to reauthorize my Capital One account with Quicken?

Equipment & Configuration:

Windows Machine. Running Quicken Deluxe Version R51.12 , Build 27.1.51.12

I use both Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome for browsers.
