Transaction attachment

Hello all,

I'm running Quicken R51.12 Build 27.1.51.12 in Windows 11 Pro 22H2.
When I try to view a .jpg receipt attachment by clicking on the transaction paperclip, the thumbnail photo pops up fine. Then double-clicking on the thumbnail no longer works. This happens with every transaction attachment. Or clicking on . . . and selecting view/open doesn't work either.

The attachment is an example of how far I get before failing to get a full display of an attachment.

Are there any fixes or hacks that work?
