Citicards online access

Quicken has lost the online setup to my Mastercard. When attempting to re setup, I get the following error. I can access Citibank via the url with no problem.

    Have you tried using Citi Cards as the Financial Institution name for your credit card account? Same ID and password as Citibank.

    Select "Advanced Options" during setup and choose "Direct Connect".
