Quicken for Mac - First Fidelity, now all retirement accounts have the wrong balance!

The Fidelity issue started in June and I have not been able to resolve it even w/ help of Customer Support.

Now all of my retirement accounts have the wrong balances, Fidelity, Charles Schwab and Vanguard. I think Quicken for Mac is going downhill. :(
